My name is Dr. Estrella M.R. Martinez, and I need the help of many to save the life of a special Kenyan woman, HAWA, age 35, and beloved mother of 5. Recently diagnosed with an aggressive sinus malignant tumor, which, as seen in photos and MRI/CT scans, has grown throughout her skull sinuses, invaded her right orbit, and frontal skull, resulting in great disfigurement and pain. The surgical and medical oncology plan is to first administer chemotherapy for several months, followed by surgical resection, and probable post-operative radiation. She will need massive reconstruction, with the hope being control of disease, and once therapy is completed, to return home to her village to be with her 5 beautiful little ones, who miss her terribly!

The costs of all the above testing, travel, consults, and biopsy were paid for by myself, via my charity: Saint Rita's Hope. However, future medical and surgical costs are looking like $15,000-$25,000, to treat our sweet Hawa. This is why I am respectfully reaching out for assistance, to help spare Hawa's life. Note that all of Hawa's care rendered to date has been paid by myself. I always treat any patient free of charge—pro bono. This constitutes my philanthropic work.
