Help Save My Mother’s Home from Foreclosure

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Supporters,

I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help during a deeply challenging time for my family. My mother, a hardworking woman who has dementia, spent her life providing for others, is now facing the devastating threat of losing her home — the very place she’s built her life and memories.

Unbeknownst to her, my stepfather — who has been struggling with addiction — took out a loan against the house without her knowledge or consent. That loan has gone unpaid, and now the bank is moving forward with foreclosure proceedings. My mother only recently discovered the situation, and time is running out to stop the process.

She did not deserve this. She’s always done the right thing, paid her bills, and worked hard to keep her home. But now, through no fault of her own, she’s at risk of losing everything.

We are trying to raise as much as possible to stop the foreclosure and give her a chance to get back on her feet. Every dollar raised will go directly toward paying off the debt tied to the house and any legal or emergency fees required to halt the foreclosure.
