My five month old kitten, Gus, was recently diagnosed with Neurological Feline Infectious Peritonitis. FIP has taken away his ability to walk and see properly. He has been suffering from fever and lethargy as well. This disease is a mutation of feline Covid and is fatal without treatment. Unfortunately, since this medication is new to the U.S. it’s around $20 a pill. He needs to take these pills for 83 days to clear the disease. It’s hard to pay for this on top of rent and bills, but I don’t want to put him down. Anything helps.
