Save Groot's Legs: Donate for His Recovery

My sweet boy Groot was hit by a car today. He has severe injuries to his back legs that will require surgical interventions that have been estimated at over 12k. He's a fighter, and will require emergency care to get him out of the woods. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know to some he may just be a dog, but he's my baby.
