As many of my fb friends know, my Chihuahua Gracie is my life. She is twelve years old and needs a life-saving operation. I would gladly pay it, but I cannot get into my Ohio retirement fund until I quit my job or actually retire. This has come up suddenly, so I don't have available funds to cover the entire operation.
