Save Gary: Emergency Treatment Needed

Hi I have a cat named Gary, hes in need of emergency help. He is wheezing/coughing and now has a sunken eye. He is showing signs of an ear infection and isn't eating. I don't have a job at the moment because of my disability. I financially dont have much and can barely get myself by. I don't like to ask for help like this but with the situation I have no choice and any help is appreciated. I will show any recipts as im unsure what tests he will need.

I adopted him from an abusive situation and want the best for him as he is only 6 years old and is an indoor cat. He has been my little champ through my surgeries and I don't want to loose him. He is always running around talking and loves catnip in any form and I want that again for him. I appreciate anyone who read this far thank you.

An update 8/1/25

They gave him antibiotics shot and will have to come back for xrays and blood test Tuesday, can't afford to go to emergency animal hospital. He is trying to hang in there.

Went to his appointment and they said the xrays came back clean no problems were found and the blood results we will get tomorrow or Thursday. The blood results will tell us what is wrong.They gave him another shot because they found fluid in his lungs and a medicine to take at home for any underlying fluid problems around the heart/lungs.

After he was sedated they said his eye went more back in place but after he woke up from sedation his eye started going back out of place. He is a very sensitive cat since he has an abused past so he will take a while to be okay from the sedation but we are trying to motivate him to eat and try to do his normal routine.
