Hey friends!

We’re the owners of Free Spirited Lounge, a dedicated gluten free, vegan friendly, allergen & alcohol free lounge in Alhambra, CA. My husband, Arleo, and I are faced with closing Free Spirited by the end of January 2026 if we can’t raise funds.

We put our heart and soul into making sure Free Spirited isn’t just another restaurant.

Our heart is for the community, and without your partnership we wouldn’t have been able to:

* Provide free meals during the January 2025 fires

* Give holiday meals for people struggling financially

* Send life-saving aide to Gaza for Palestinian families

All while being just a two person husband and wife team (plus our newest addition (baby Serin) this year!)

In an effort to keep accessibility and continue building community at Free Spirited, we continue to host events, at no cost, in hopes of providing a safe space for those othered in the world today.

We want you to know that being you is enough.

To continue being here for you, we’re asking for help—

* Catching up on 4 months rent

* Marketing to bring in more business

* Paying down our business credit card

* Repairing our ice machine, fridge, and dishwasher

* Hiring someone part time

We truly believe in the power of community. That’s why we created this dietary friendly + alcohol free space, for people to enjoy a meal and good company without worry.
