URGENT: Help Free Four Innocent Pastors in India
Hello, I am Josh Gies from Fort Plain, NY. I’m raising funds to help four Christian pastors in India who have been falsely accused of violent crimes, crimes they were actually the victims of. Unless these charges are dropped, they face 3 to 5 years in prison, where they are likely to face extreme persecution because of their faith.
Their only option to close the case is to pay a combined legal settlement of $4,200 by June 13th. In the rural region where they serve, most people earn only a few dollars a day, making this an impossible burden without outside help.
If these charges are not cleared:
-The pastors will be imprisoned and mistreated.
-Their families will suffer social stigma and lose opportunities for work and education.
-Their ability to continue ministry, travel, or find future employment will be severely impacted.
These men have faithfully served unreached communities, bringing the gospel to areas where many have never heard the name of Jesus. Despite opposition, their ministry has led to church plants and baptisms, real fruit in hard places.
I’ve known one of these pastors personally for over 10 years. He is a friend from college and a man of deep character and humility. I believe in the work God is doing through this ministry and have been supporting it financially for many years.
All funds will go directly toward clearing these charges and protecting their families and ministries. Please consider giving whatever you can to help us reach this goal. Every donation, large or small, makes a real difference. And if you can’t give, please share this campaign with others who might. I am personally responsible for making sure this money reaches the correct recipients.
Thank you for standing with these faithful brothers.
