Save First Kill
Donation protected
Hello First Killers! Also, if you are new to the First Kill fandom, we welcome you as well! After a very successful first campaign, in which we were able to place a digital billboard in NYC at Times Square, as well as have a booth and banner at this year's ClexaCon, we are back again with Campaign 2.0. The next phase in this movement will focus on spreading awareness of our campaign to either Netflix or other streaming services in general. However, the very first step in that process needs to be getting billboard placement in Los Angeles. We will be paying for this billboard by using all leftover funds from our first billboard campaign, as well as using any and all proceeds made by sales from autographs/merchandise.
Nevertheless, transparency is crucial to the success of this entire campaign, which is why we’re going to tell you exactly what we will be doing with the donations from this GoFundMe page. It is extremely important to note that the cost of producing merchandise is not cheap, so some of the funds raised from this campaign will go towards some of those production costs. These funds will also be used for any future conventions/booths in which it is logically feasible for someone from our team to attend, as well as giveaways for free monthly subscription passes for Netflix.
Although Netflix did cancel First Kill, it’s important to continue watching on that platform, so that we can move it back into the Top 10 most watched television shows again. Giving away monthly subscription passes to Netflix will not only help get it back into the top 10, but also help the show reach new viewers as well. Consequently, any remaining funds raised during this campaign will be used on smaller campaigns or proposal ideas. An example of this could be sending postcards, balloons, press kits, etc. to the network executives of these streaming services. At this stage of our campaign, it’s our goal to do whatever is necessary to gain the attention of these executives so they know just how serious we are about saving our show and getting it back on our television screens as soon as possible.
