Hi everyone,

This is hard to write, but we’re reaching out for help for our adorable Ferris. Ferris is the sweetest, most lovable cat you could ever meet — a little ray of sunshine who melts even the stoniest hearts with his big yellow eyes, mischievous energy, and endless cuddles.

Unfortunately, Ferris has a fatal flaw: he just can't resist eating foam. Even when we remove everything we can think of from the house, do our best to supervise him at all times, and crate him at night or when we're away from home, he uses his resourcefulness for evil and finds some remnant of foam to swallow. This month, Ferris underwent his fourth emergency surgery to remove foreign objects from his stomach and intestines. Each surgery has been life-saving — but they’ve also been incredibly expensive. After this latest operation, we are now facing over $10,000 in vet bills.

The timing of this surgery couldn't be worse: we are just about to move to Nashville to pursue our dream of building a music career. We have saved carefully, planned every step... but this unexpected medical crisis has made our future feel uncertain. Every penny we had set aside is now going toward Ferris’s recovery and keeping him healthy.

Ferris means the world to us. He’s family. Giving up on him was never an option — and we’re so grateful he’s still here with us.
