Save Felix's Life Today

Hello friends,

Alex's cat Felix just gave birth and is very, very ill. As is one of her kittens.

[Update: We brought Chance back in to the emergency vet and allowed her to pass peacefully, as any other option would have only brought her suffering. While her time with us was brief, she did get lots of snuggles, loved ear rubs and cuddles with her sibling.]

Felix is possibly septic and may not make it through the night. (The remaining kitten is bottle feeding)

Emergency vets at a location I am remiss to name glossed over the severity of the situation and discharged us as we desperately searched for other doctors who might help the cats with a payment plan, since there was a complication with Care Credit, and they would not accept it there, and it sounds like no other places will either.

We are begging for the lives of this sweet cat, who deserves to live.

I cannot express how urgent this is, and we are at a loss, devastated that we may lose another precious life too soon.
