In October of 2018 Eddie Anella finally realized his longtime dream by opening up EPIK Studio Fitness + Dance in East Providence, RI. Offering all types of fitness classes from Total Body to Cardio Dance, as well as specialty classes like Stilettos and Street Jazz, EPIK has become so much more than a fitness studio. EPIK is family.

Last summer after my cancer diagnosis, the EPIK family came together to show me endless amounts of love and support. They cooked meals, drove me to doctor appointments, sent cards and gifts, and we even prayed together the day before my first surgery. THAT is what makes this studio such a unique, special place. If you are a member, you understand. If you are not a member, it is hard to put into words just what Eddie has created. It’s something that you have to experience for yourself. There is never any judgement – only 100% encouragement of one another.

Some of you may know that within the first five years of owning a business you “make it or break it”. Keeping the studio afloat has not been easy, and sometimes it can be very tough to pay the rent month to month. Now with the unfortunate closure of the studio due to the COVID-19, we are unsure if EPIK will be able to re-open.
