After 25 years in web design With Fencl Web Design and nearly losing everything from the covid shutdowns, I made the leap to pursue a lifelong dream: creating a space that brings people together through Web Design, yoga, wellness, education, and creativity. That dream is Enlightening All—a place where people can connect, grow, and heal through yoga, meditation, learning, and innovation. Located at 1272 Sarno Rd Melbourne Florida. For the past six weeks, my family and I have poured everything—our time, hearts, and personal savings—into bringing this vision to life.

But now, we are facing an unexpected and heartbreaking setback.

Shortly after signing the lease, we discovered that the landlord had misrepresented the condition of the property. We invested over $50,000 through a personal loan and hands-on work to prepare the space. However, we're now unable to open due to multiple major code violations:

• Two of the three air conditioning units are nonfunctional, and the third is barely operational

• The electrical panel is over 36 years old and not up to current safety codes

• Several leaks exist throughout the property

• Outdoor lighting is broken, creating a safety hazard—and the landlord refuses to fix it despite legal obligations

We’ve already paid over $11,000 to begin the lease. Despite repeated calls and emails, none of these critical issues have been addressed, they are billing us for an additional $2,800.

Our dream is now in limbo. We can’t open. We can’t operate. And we can’t afford the legal support needed to hold the landlord accountable or cover the unexpected repair costs ourselves.

We are asking for your help to raise $28,000 to cover legal fees and essential repairs so that we can finally open Enlightening All and bring a much-needed resource to Melbourne, Florida.

This isn’t just a wellness center. It’s a place where yoga teachers, wellness leaders, small business owners, creatives, and innovators can come together.
