Save Engel From going blind!!! Please!!!

I'm trying to raise some money for my beloved dog who basically saved my life when I was in a deep depression. Her name is Engel; some of you may have met her. Her name means angel in German. Anyways, she woke up this morning with this swollen eye. I thought, 'Oh, it's a sty,' but it turns out that she lost her eyesight due to a genetic condition. She has to have her eyelid replaced, and we have to treat her other eye to make sure the same thing doesn't happen to it as well. The surgery is extremely expensive, $6,000. I love her with every fiber of my being; she's like a child to me. I don't want her to go blind. She is only 4 years old. She's been a very wonderful companion and the love of my life. And my kids love her as well. I've recently been struggling with my business and started a new job just a few days ago. This is exactly not what I needed to happen. I need help; it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you to anybody that's considering.
