Hi you all, Lily and Nathaniel here. Thank you for opening up this go-fund me. Let me explain what got us here.

For a little while, our sweet puppy has been noticeably struggling with her vision. In the beginning we just thought it was maybe her doppy self but after a few scary incidents we took her to a dog opthamologist and they confirmed she does have juvenile cataracts. Over the past few months we've been taking her to Fairhope, AL to keep evaluating her eyes to see if there's anything we could do to get her eyes better without the surgery but unfortunately they have progressed and she is an ideal candidate for the surgery.

This has become a timely surgery now though, as if we do not get the surgery for her by October 22nd she will have permanent blindness. Our sweet Ember girl is only a year and a half old, so the thought of a life with permanent blindness is devastating.

We are asking for anybody that can come beside us to do so. Ember's eye surgery alone is $5,502.56 which is a large cost for us right now as we will also have to take many days off to take care of her right after surgery. Let's help get Ember's vision back again.
