Hi everyone,

I've never done one of these before, and I feel beyond embarrassed making one, but I need any help that I can get. Our family dog, Elton, is extremely sick right now. He is currently admitted at the Metropolitan Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Akron. I've never experienced this before with a pet, but this is one of the hardest thing I've gone through so far. We have only been admitted for one night and have spent over $4,000. We are finding out today if he needs emergency surgery which would be another $5,000-$7,000.

Anything would help my mom and I with these expensives. I've drained my savings and this is just the beginning.
