Our Ellie is a beautiful, bright, loving and STRONG little 5 year old girl, who loves to be the girliest girl ever (never enough pink or hair bows), most of all loves her big brother (Connor) so very very very much. She's been in and out of the pediatric unit in the hospital since January and has endured an abundance of poking, prodding and painful scans and a endless list testing. Ellie has unfortunately has been diagnosed with a kidney disease- which intern attacks the kidneys, bladder and uruters and scars them as does the horrible "super bugs" known as E. Coli and pseudomonas bacteria that are also attaking her kidneys, which causes so very very much pain and variety of so many horrible symptoms. Her team of Doctors have transferred her down to UC Davis Medical Center - pediatric urology specialist (the Cheif of pediatric of urology) She needs a big operation urgently to hopefully fix her kidneys, uruters and bladder. This however, will make the financial side of Ellie's treatment a tremendous challenge for our family. I am hoping those who read this will help in any way possible to alleviate some of the financial burden our family is currently facing.
