Hanh acquired the salon just two weeks before the lockdown and could not reopen for eight months. All protocols have been put in place for customer safety, but to stay in business, she has to pay $21,000 for rent and utilities from March to November.
Hanh and Hien do wonderful work at reasonable prices. Hien has been at this salon for 21 years. They both love their customers and would like to stay in business.
