Save Dwi - Lombok Earthquake

Dwi's family in need of immediate aids and ongoing funds for rebuilding.
Several large earthquakes have struck the Indonesian island of Lombok in the past week, with the largest quake killing and injuring hundreds of people, death toll rising and more quakes and aftershocks following as we write this post. Thousands of buildings are damaged and rescue efforts are being hampered by power outages, a lack of phone reception in some areas and limited evacuation options. Help is needed immediately.
In brief, we’re looking for some support to provide urgent supplies to a family we have been connected with since staying with them prior to taking on Mt.Rinjani in 2015.
Dwi messaged us directly a few days ago, obviously desperate, for help. They're a family of 24 with children and adults plus a newborn which was only delivered this week in extremely harsh conditions and lucky to survive. Currently, they are sleeping on the ground using scraps and whatever they could rescue from the destroyed homes. Their tarp tents and thatched tents are very exposed and many of the adults and children are getting sick and weak. They need tents, warm clothes and blankets, food, water, medical care.
In addition to delivering some basic needs to this family we also aim to further the efforts and fund-raising over the coming months and possibly years to rebuild their home. We also hope to be able to go to Lombok in coming weeks to deliver the items which are harder to get in Indonesia from Australia.
We appeal to all our friends, families and anyone who come across this fundraiser to rise up and help our Indonesian friends in Sembalun. 100% of the collected funds will be provided to help Dwi’s family.
