Save Desiel

We are trying to raise funds for our German Shepherd named Desiel.

On January 14th around 10 am he was hit by a car. We took him to the vet in an emergency.

The Dr did x-rays and found both his front legs are broke pretty much in half, part of his bone went through the skin. He is currently at Westside Vet in Arab AL, they are holding him there due to manage his pain. We will be going up several times a day to be with him.

Westside told us the only way to fix his legs is major surgery!!! They are not equipped to do the surgery he is needing. He is getting a referral to a place in Huntsville where there are specialists to do his surgery. He has to have metal plates put in both legs. That's the only way he will survive.

Desiel is more than a pet, he is our family. He is a very loving, protective, loyal dog.

He is 2 years old. The surgery will cost between 8,000 and 10,000$.

Anything helps at this point to help us be able to have his surgery.

When they get the referral I will have more information on where he will be going in Huntsville so if anyone would like to just straight donate to the animal hospital he will be at.
