Save Denise's jawbone

I am in urgent need of preserving the minimal remaining bone of my jaw which is in danger of fracturing .After consultations and 3D imaging by two oral surgeons ,I was informed that I need two implants to save what is left of my jawbone .   
Having had dental problems for many years, I had bottom teeth extracted eight years ago. I was not informed of future bone loss of the jaw which in my case is rapid and severe. This is affecting my speech, my facial structure, and is making it painful to eat .

My Medicare Advantage plan will not cover this procedure so I would be more than grateful for any help .
