Save Cybil's Sight: Emergency Surgery

Hi!

My name is Julie and we’re a family of 5 kids, 4 dogs, and 2 cats! Our dog Cybil means the world to us. Cybil was handpicked by Luke while we were living in Tennessee during Covid. Cybil became my emotional support companion and helped me deal with the stress of the pandemic. She is a Corgi Shepherd Mix who has had a bit of bad luck. When she was a pup, she almost died from Parvo, but thanks to medical intervention, she’s been healthy since.

A couple of weeks back, we noticed a small bump on her eyelid. Thought nothing of it until one day it became more and more noticeable. She must’ve scratched it one day, and it ballooned. We tried over-the-counter antibiotics in hopes it was just a stye. It didn’t work.

Today, while dropping off the kids, I came home, and her eye was 4x the size and not looking great. She must’ve scratched it while I was out, and she was taking a break from her cone of shame.

We’ve looked through all plausible options for funding and can’t get approved. We are graciously asking for help to alleviate this burden and hopefully to get rid of the cyst on her eyelid before it causes her to lose her whole eye.

We are currently tight on funds due to the holidays and bills. We’ve called around for payment plans and have tried CareCredit. I know the holidays are around the corner as well. If you could find it in your hearts to donate so we can help our pup keep her eye, I would forever be in your debt
