Hello, I am Richard Williams featured in the WTOC article on the local struggling business Crazy Jack's Shoe Repair, where I have worked for over 30 years. It is my goal to continue my legacy as a cobbler and pass my trade down to a younger generation; which is why I am collecting funds.
