My name is Alexi, many of you may now me as friends or acquaintances. If you know me I never ask for help unless it’s in dire needand I am asking for help for my cat Cosmo. He is a four year old domestic short hair Bombay cat and he is my only family in Canada. He is my best friend and my emotional support every single day.

Cosmo urgently needs emergency surgery on his lower abdomen to remove a cyst. Without this surgery his condition could worsen and his life could be at risk. I am doing everything I can but the cost of the surgery and care is more than I can handle on my own.

The money from this fundraiser will go toward

Cosmo has been with me through some of the hardest moments of my life. When I felt alone he was the one constant comfort by my side. He is not just a pet. He is my family my companion and my safe place. Even in my toughest time he’s always giving me comfort.

I am reaching out to my friends my community and anyone who understands how deep the bond with an animal can be. If you are able to donate any amount it will help us get closer to paying for his surgery and recovery. If you cannot donate a share of this fundraiser would still mean a lot.
