Save CORA from Slaughter

Donation protected
Cora Cow-Conut is an old dairy cow who was used by my veterinary class to learn anatomy at the University of Illinois. She is gentle and sweet and loves playing with the hose that hangs next to her enclosure.
She is mostly white with black speckles covering her back and she has the sweetest big brown eyes. She is silly and loving and deserving of a long and happy life.
My class of veterinary students has grown to love her over the past few months while working with her. Sadly, in just a few days (Monday, April 13th) she is going to be auctioned off because our school is closed for the rest of the school year and the only way to save her is to outbid everyone else at auction and bring her to a sanctuary where she can be safe and happy for the rest of her life.
Cora is such a sweet beautiful cow and even though there is not much time left we are going to try everything in our power to save her life.
