Hi, my name is Sunshine Bickett, and I'm reaching out for help for my 4-month-old kitten, Cody. Cody was diagnosed with a liver shunt, a serious condition that prevents his liver from functioning properly. Without surgery to repair the shunt, his liver will slowly degrade, and he will not survive.

Cody has already gone through so much. He almost died from this condition once, and during that time, he lost the use of his legs and went blind. Thankfully, he pulled through. Right now, he’s stable with special food and medication, which costs $100 per month to manage. But the surgery he needs is expensive, and I can’t afford it alone.
