This isn’t ever an easy ask, but our family desperately needs your help. Our furry family member, Coco, is in need of a major surgery. We brought her to her vet's office (Safe Harbor Animal Hospital Pensacola) yesterday, Friday 3/28/25.
The reason why:
I was in the backyard with her early afternoon and she rolled on her back for belly rubs (her favorite!). She stretched out very long and then I saw it. A bulge in her lower abdomen. I put my hand on it and immediately called to get her a work-in appointment.
During the examination, she had an in-office Doppler. From there, it was recommended she have a 1-3 view X-ray to determine if it was a mass or bladder stones.
The results did show several large stones. Unfortunately, these are too large for her little body to break down and dissolve on her own.
Our family was able to get her appointment and diagnosis, but this surgery is beyond our means and could—scratch that—WILL save her life.
We are reaching out to rally all that are able to please help us get our fur baby Coco her life-saving surgery.
Anything helps. No donation is too small and prayers don’t hurt either. As we say in my family a lot, “It’s Miller time,” but it takes a village now and then…Coco Miller surgery time is where we need to be. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and her precious heart.
