Save Cisco: Urgent Surgery Needed for Cancer

It's every pet owner's worst nightmare: one moment your pet is thriving, and the next, you’re faced with the possibility of cancer. This heartbreaking situation is compounded by the stress and financial burden it brings.

Cisco, a beautiful 4-year-old golden retriever, recently faced this grim reality. After discovering he was bleeding from his penile area, Cisco’s family hoped it was a minor issue. Unfortunately, the vet confirmed it was cancer. They’ve found a surgeon willing to perform a risky operation to remove the tumor, which could potentially save Cisco’s life and allow him to live cancer-free. However, if the surgery is delayed, the tumor could cause more damage.

Angela, Cisco’s Mom, is devastated by the news. Despite her fears of the unknown that lies ahead, she is determined to ensure Cisco receives the care he needs. However, the sudden financial burden is overwhelming, especially with a human family to support as well.

I’ve attached Cisco’s estimated costs: the lower end if the surgery goes as planned, and the higher end if complications arise, requiring more extensive procedures including a penis amputation and rerouting of the urethra.

Angela shared a touching story about how Cisco once saved her from a frightening situation, highlighting the deep bond between them.
