Save Cindy’s

As you all know, the current COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted many lives, as well as small businesses, one being Cindy’s Deli. Cindy’s has been an integral piece of Bellarmine’s tradition for years now, but due to the pandemic, the restaurant has been facing the struggle to pay rent. The owners of Cindy’s treat Bells with kindness and respect, in addition to extending us an IOU when we’re short on cash. Their monthly rent is roughly $1,000, and without Bellarmine’s summer school to keep them in check, we are concerned that she will not be able to make it until Fall. After talking with Cindy, it’s clear that she also worries about being there for us when school returns. We consider Cindy as part of the Bell family, so we ask that you please make a donation of any amount to help Cindy’s Deli make it through the summer.
