Help Chubbs Get Life-Saving Surgery

Hi, my name is Micah, and I’m raising money for my dog Chubbs, who urgently needs emergency surgery.

I adopted Chubbs about 8 months ago from the Orange County Animal Hospital. From day one, he’s been a bundle of love — always wagging his tail, greeting everyone with joy, and bringing so much light into my life. He’s the kind of dog that makes strangers smile on the street.

Recently, Chubbs started getting sick. At first, it seemed minor, but things quickly got worse. After several vet visits, we were told he needs emergency surgery to recover.

I’m currently still in school. I’m doing everything I can to take care of him, but the cost of the surgery is more than I can manage alone. That’s why I’m asking for help.

The total cost of the diagnostics, surgery, medications, and follow-up care is estimated to be about 8,000. Every dollar raised will go directly to covering Chubbs’ medical needs.

Update: Chubbs had emergency surgery Friday night. The vet called Sunday morning and told me he did fantastic overnight and was ready to go home. I’ve been closely watching him at home and he’s very quickly getting back to his old self - just now with a cone to help him wreck things even more. We are both very grateful for everyone who has donated so far!
