Save Chris' Heart

Hello everyone, I want introduce you to my brother Christopher Mendiola. He's 41 years old and is the most humbled giant you will ever meet. He has a son that just turned 16 years old and a lovely lady that will go beyond measures to make him feel at the top of the world. My brother Chris is an amazing poem writer but he prefers to keep it to himself. He loves so big and forgives so easy. He's a great Father, Hubby, Son, Brother, and Friend. He'll go out of his way to get you what you need or lend you a helping hand if he can. My brother is the best! Unfortunately his heart is all out of steam (Congestive heart failure) and is quickly giving up on him. He needs off Island care and seeks a heart specialist. If you would please help my brother in donating funds to reduce his medical expenses, We the family would be extremely grateful and blessed for your kind offers. Please help me save my brother's heart.
