I’m raising funds for my two sweet hamsters, Chicken and Waffles, who both urgently need veterinary care. They’re not just pets — they’re best friends who truly love each other, always cuddling and exploring together. Sadly, both of them have developed severe overgrown teeth, which makes it painful and difficult for them to eat properly. I’ve attached the estimate of their treatment plan, it is estimated at $235 each.

edit: I am going to have to take them to a different veterinary clinic, because all creatures animal hospital can not take them ASAP. I am taking them to specialized care for avian and exotics and they require new patients to have a full physical exam. Which is more expensive than I was originally quoted. $70 more, per hamster.

Chicken, in particular, has lost a lot of weight because he struggles to chew, and I can tell he’s uncomfortable. It breaks my heart to see them suffering when all they’ve ever done is bring joy and love into my life.

I’ve been doing everything I can to keep them comfortable with soft foods and care at home, but they both need professional treatment as soon as possible to trim their teeth safely and prevent further pain or complications. Unfortunately, I can’t afford the vet costs on my own right now.

Here is a breakdown of every cost estimate I was given
