Dear friends, neighbors, and community members,

Our beloved Cheese Bliss, nestled in the Whit at the Heritage Whiskey Distillery on Madison and 1st, may have to close up shop in December due to looming repairs on their structure. Dove and James Greenwood, the owners of the establishment, have been serving up hot and tasty grilled cheeses for the local community for 7 years. Offering more than just a standard American on white, their creative and delicious menu offers everything from bagel breakfast sandwiches to pretzel nachos, beer cheese soup, and sammys with blackberry jam and brie. Not only is their food AMAZING, the owners are incredible folks, who always have a kind word or uplifting message sure to put a smile on anyone's face. This establishment has become a staple for the community and we can't imagine a world without the Bliss! Please help us SAVE THE CHEESE and consider donating today! All money raised will be donated to Dove and James to use towards a new truck that will enable them to spread the Bliss to even more people. These folks have done so much for our community.
