A developer has plans to build a gated community of 50 luxury condos, destroying the land as we know it. Acres of old-growth trees will be cut, century-old trails will be closed, and the delicate watershed supplying homes in Hamilton and Manchester-by-the-Sea with their drinking water will be affected.
