This is Charlie. He was bitten by a dog and needs surgery. He is friendly and loves sitting on shoulders. He says “hello” in a funny voice and does a little dance. He is very cute and soft. He lives on an animal sanctuary with many other parrots. He loves drinking tea with milk and eating pistachios.
