Our family consists of me (Kerry), my husband (Paul), our children Luke and Leah, and Cap and Bucky.
Paul and I adopted Cap in June 2015—he was our first baby. Just a month later, we found out we were expecting. Our son Luke, now 9, has grown up with Cap by his side and won’t sleep without him in his room.
We recently learned that our 12-year-old dog, Cap, has a splenetic tumor causing anemia and occasional lethargy. The vet warned that if the tumor isn’t removed, it could rupture, which would be fatal.
Last summer, Cap got a doggy brother, and the two are now inseparable. Bucky wines
Cap is a deeply loved member of our family, and we want to do everything we can to help him. We would be so grateful if you could share this page to support us.
Ohana means family. Family means no one gets left behind.
