Hello everyone, I am needing YOUR help!!! This is our sweet boy Calcifer! Unfortunately, he will have to get his leg amputated due to his leg fracture. He has a comminuted fracture which is a more serious leg fracture that doesn’t just break clean, his bone broke into multiple pieces and if we were to get his surgery for his leg then it would be anywhere from $6k-$8k which we know we won’t be able to fund in time if he were to have the surgery. We have applied for Care Credit and hoping they accept us. It would really help us out in the long run if they were to accept us but for now we are trying our hardest to raise the funds for his amputation. They also told us If he were to have the surgery then there would be a 20% rate that he wouldn’t make it through and we rather not risk that 20% and they said if he were to have it then it could also still give him problems in the future, so amputation is our best option. His amputation treatment is $1,454 and so far the gofundme is really pushing it and i’m so very grateful for every dollar that has been sent for my sweet boy. We would like to get his amputation done next thursday! I genuinely am desperate and asking for anything anyone can give so my sweet boy doesn’t have to be in pain anymore.
