Save Buttercup's Smile: Fund Her Tooth Extractions

Hi everyone! My name is Buttercup and I’m so silly, that I broke out of my crate about a month ago and broke both of my bottom canine teeth! Mom took me to the dentist and said I’ll need them removed (ouch!) before they cause any problems! Thanks so much for your help!

____________________________________My name is Taylor and I’ve had Buttercup since she was 10 months old. As many of you know, Buttercup came from a bad situation at her previous home. Neglected health, enrichment, not a lot of love was given towards her over her father who also lived in the house. It took a while, but Butter is now healthy, happy, and gets all the attention she could want. I created this GoFundMe because I am in a tight spot with her medical needs at the moment. She broke her 2 maxillary (bottom) canine teeth halfway down the tooth, exposing the root. I’ve taken her to the dental specialist who offered a double root canal or a double extraction. I decided that the extractions would fit her lifestyle the best so I am currently trying to save up funds on my CareCredit to pay for this surgery.

As many of you know, I am a vet tech at 2 different hospitals, neither of which are dental specialists. If you’re not in the veterinary field, you may not know that when a dog breaks their tooth and it is left untreated, it can cause pain and lead to infection. I recently paid upwards of $5000 towards my own teeth and now don’t have enough on my CareCredit to pay for hers.
