Our team, our family is in need of your help. New York restaurants are shut down and the most affected are the fine women and men that have sustained Butter Restaurant for 19 years and often live week to week. We are raising a fund to distribute amongst those employees who can not work such as Nancy chopping vegetables, Alvaro braising tomatoes for Cavatappi pasta, Kevin crafting the beignets, Patricia stirring your drink or Gabriel washing your dishes.  We know it’s a big ask especially in this trying time.
