Save Broccoli: Support His Critical Surgery

Hi, this is my baby Broccoli. He’s about to turn 5 years old this summer. My mom and I rescued him from a shelter at 12 weeks old and were lucky enough to get him. He’s a sweetheart and he’s been my best friend ever since. He loves to sunbathe and go around sniffing mailboxes on every walk. He also loves to bump you with his nose if you’re not paying attention to him and sit directly on your feet. He loves walks and everyone who’s ever had the pleasure to meet him knows he loves being petted.

Broccoli woke up Tuesday, 04/29/2025, with an immense amount of pain and stopped moving his legs. (That picture was after he stopped moving his legs) We rushed him to the hospital, and they told us he had hurt his back and had a broken disc which needs immediate surgery. The surgery is $16,000, and I’m doing everything I can to put together the money, but I just don’t have enough.

The funds will be used to pay for his surgery and any medicine he needs during his recovery. Any donation is greatly appreciated or a share so this can reach more people. Please help my baby.

Hola, este es mi bebé, se llama Broccoli. Está a punto de cumplir 5 años este verano. Mi mamá y yo lo rescatamos de un refugio a las 12 semanas y tuvimos la suerte de tenerlo. Es un amor y ha sido mi mejor amigo desde entonces. Le encanta acostarse a que le de el sol y oler los buzones cuando salimos a caminar. También le encanta dar golpecitos con el hocico cuando no le están prestando atención y sentarse directamente sobre los pies de la gente. Todos los que han tenido el placer de conocerlo saben que le encanta que lo acaricien.

Brócoli se despertó ayer, martes 29/04/2025 con un dolor inmenso y dejó de mover las patas de atrás. Lo llevamos de urgencia al hospital y nos dijeron que se había lastimado la espalda y tenía un disco roto que necesita cirugía inmediata. La cirugía cuesta $16,000 y estoy haciendo todo lo posible para reunir el dinero, pero no tengo suficiente.
