I am asking for help from my friends and family to help me financially with a divorce attorney. I am currently living in my shed in the backyard on Breif rd. My wife wants me to move out and get an apartment. I grew up here 35+ years. Buu is buried in the back. I wanted to raise a family here.

My wife wants to take this property and turn into a profit for herself. She wants a slice of land and me to pay her back any investment she made while living here(i.e. paint and drywall) and claims it's over 20k

I need a lawyer. I have always paid the mortgage by myself with no help from the wife. When I asked her for help on a couple payments So I could save up and get an apartment, she informed me she has no money to spare and wants me to move out ASAP.

This house will be foreclosed on if I move out. I will continue to pay the mortgage and to live in the shed until I am told by the bank or the government that I don't live here.
