Today (03/06/2026) Boone was diagnosed with heartworms and is already showing signs of congestive heart failure. Because of the symptoms he’s experiencing, it’s really important that we start treatment immediately before his condition worsens. The treatment process will take about three months, and the fast-kill protocol is the best option for him right now. Boone is only 4 years old and still has so much life left in him. He is truly my best friend and has helped me through some of the hardest times in my life, so I owe it to him to help him through this. I was able to cover the first month of treatment by using my grocery money, but after moving into a new house at the beginning of the month, finances are very tight. Even so, I cannot lose my soul dog.
