A note from Maryam Zadeh, Owner and Founder of HIIT BOX:
After years in Corporate Fitness, Group Fitness, Personal Training and Video on Demand, I decided to start my own Small Group Training and set out to create a fun, strong, vibrant, fitness community with an emphasis on strength and well-being. I started in Brooklyn living rooms and basements, City parks and side streets coaching tirelessly till I got a thimble-sized space in South Slope. From there we moved into a closet-sized space on Carroll Street below 4th Avenue when no one ventured that way for fitness and my amazing strong community got even stronger. With your amazing support we moved into our awesome space on Union in the Gowanus continuing to bring a safe, fun, sweaty, healthy environment to Brooklyn!
And then Covid came crashing down and we closed March 18th, quickly pivoting to online workouts while we waited for the city to reopen gyms which is Phase Four. My coaching staff is rock-solid and ready, and being a highly sanitized, appointment-based, microgym, we are poised for more sustainability and ease of use when we open...but we need to get to that opening day.
Thank you for any support you can give, we are determined to throw our doors open again and continue to be SMALL BUT MIGHTY. #webuiltthis
