Growing up having a twin sister was the best part of growing up, because having Bobbie around saved my life.  In 1990 was diagnosed with Leukemia at the age of seven and I immediately started to receive countless treatments of radiation and chemotherapy. I lost all my hair and my immune system was weakened. Once I was done with chemo, my hair started to grow back.  My sister even cut her hair to match mine so we could look like twins again. Unfortunately this was unsuccessful and I landed up relapsing. Having Bobbie as my twin, they testing her to see if we had matching bone marrow...we did! I beat cancer, and now 26 years later I  have to do it all over again. May 1st 2017, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. I will be starting Chemotherapy in mid June to reduce the size of the tumors then surgery after that (depending on my prognosis).  Not only do I need the help from my sister and the rest of my family, I need help from my extended family, my work family, my friends, and anyone who can find in their hearts to help me fight cancer for the second time around.
