Since 2011 Big C's Charter Service has proudly provided 5 Star luxury transportation service to our clients. Like so many other businesses, Big C's Charter Service has been devastated by the Covid-19 pandemic. We were completely shut down overnight in mid-March. Our lost revenue due to canceled reservations will exceed $40,000 by May 15, 2020. Although our bus has been parked since March 14, 2020, some operating expenses such as bus payment, insurance, parking, website, phone, etc. must continue to be paid. No one can say for sure when we can restart our services but we want to be there for you. Unfortunately our Small Business Administration loan request was denied so I'm reaching out to you to help save my company so I can continue to provide exceptional transportation service to my clients.
