Hi, my name is Melissa Bennett and as some of you may know already I have the sweetest angel of a dog, Betty white.

In 2019 we adopted baby Betty from AARCS and she has truly made our family complete. This girl is the silliest, most loving and loyal dog I’ve ever owned. She’s one in a million.

Our beautiful Betty was badly injured on her front leg. Despite my best efforts I’m reaching out to those around me to help with the costs of the surgeries and skin grafting. I’ve made the decision to not go through with the amputation, and save the leg. I want her to have the best/normal life that she can have.

She deserves it.

This has been extremely traumatizing for our whole family.
