Hey friends. I’m setting up this up to help my oldest daughter with an emergent issue with her dog. Bentley is her baby, he’s 10yrs old and everything to her. She is the main source of support in her family so she has nothing currently to get him help. He had a tumor start growing in his ear some months back. The area is a dangerous spot, so they were told to watch it and him to make sure he wasn’t in any pain. He’s had chronic ear infections most of his life along with other health issues that she’s been doing her best to stay on top of. Now about a month ago or less, the tumor started growing and now as of a couple weeks ago his left ear started seeping and smelling horrible. He’s still been eating and drinking and not seemingly in pain at that point. A few days ago I got to see him and it was awful but I’m currently in no position to pay a vet bill either.. now, last night after 9:30pm it looks like it’s ruptured and my daughter couldn’t reach me til after 1am( I was asleep), she’s frantic, no money etc.. knows he needs a vet. Hua left ear has been bleeding since.. I finally found a vet in her area in Puyallup that does triage for free but anything that involves the vet requires $160 just for that visit. That’s not including the potential procedures and medications and the possibility of having to make the hardest decision ever to put him to rest…. Short term goal is at least $1,000 to get things going and praying for a miracle. Long term goal $5,000 for potential procedures that cost more. Along with ongoing medications.
