Hey guys this is Benji! He's a pretty young and healthy cat but recently got very sick. He started having trouble breathing and was even breathing with his mouth open, which isn't normal for cats. I took him to the vet to see what was wrong with him and turns out his organs are getting too close to his heart. Apparently it's something he was born with and was going to affect him sooner or later.

He needs surgery done on his stomach so they can bring those organs back to where they belong and close that hole that let them through in the first place and he can breathe on his own again. The options were to go ahead and put him down or try and fight for his life. I think the only fair thing to do is to at least try to fight for him because I don't want him leaving without a battle.

The price for the surgery is a lot more expensive than expected, so anything helps and I would greatly appreciate it.
