Beni Loves So Much, His Heart is Too Big—And It’s Failing

Beni’s heart is quite literally too big. He was born with Tricuspid Valve Dysplasia (TVD), a severe congenital defect that causes his heart to enlarge until failure. Without surgery, he won’t get the full life he deserves.

Beni is more than just our dog—he is family. He is the most loyal, goofy, and loving companion, always by our side, always just happy to be here. But now, his heart is failing him, and we are running out of time.

Life-Threatening Diagnosis:

Beni’s condition has already reached the severe stage. The valve in his heart is leaking so much that his heart is working more than it can handle and will only worsen. Without intervention, heart failure is inevitable. The lifespan of the disease is 1-2 years. Beni is currently 1yr 2mo old.
