I’m making this go-fund me on behalf of my friend Amanda Mitchell and her family. Her beloved family dog of 11 years has been attacked by either a dog or a coyote. He is currently receiving life-saving medical treatment at the emergency vet. He has a good chance for survival but his recovery will be more than her family can afford. Amanda is going through cancer treatment and all of her family’s personal funds are going towards her own treatment. Unfortunately because of this, Beau’s emergency medical care is unaffordable for Amanda’s family at this time. She and her kids are devastated. Please help us raise enough money to get this sweet pup the medical care he needs!

UPDATE: Beau is now home. He has severe swelling in his neck and many stitches. The vet put drains in his wounds to help with the infection and he also has a pain patch because he’s still in a lot of pain. He has a long road to recovery and is not completely out of the woods yet, but he is home! He goes back to the vet on Tuesday to check his healing progress.
